About
I started my career at PBHS, the largest dental marketing firm in the U.S., where I proposed, launched, and managed their Content and Social Media division — a new suite of services that I helped build from the ground up. After five years at PBHS, I joined Therapydia, a venture-backed physical therapy startup in San Francisco, where I eventually became Director of Marketing.
Even with early success as a marketing leader, I found myself increasingly drawn to the visual side of marketing. My design studies at California College of the Arts and a handful of formative brand and UI design projects helped me decide to specialize in graphic design and art direction.
In 2015, I transitioned to full-time freelance design work when we moved to the Pacific Northwest, while I was also helping my husband run his family dental practice. Since then, I’ve worked both in-house and independently as a website designer and a long-term freelance collaborator with Etna Interactive, an agency focused on aesthetic medical practices.
In 2020, I made a conscious pivot toward the outdoor and recreational sports industry to better align my work with the things I love outside the office. I joined Slingshot Sports as a visual designer, where I produced their full suite of 2023 product catalogs and led a redesign of their popular learning platform, FoilAcademy.com.
Today, I work full-time as a Creative Designer at Burton Snowboards and take on a handful of freelance projects that genuinely excite me.
I’m an active member of AIGA (American Institute of Graphic Arts) and spend much of my free time creating art in many mediums. A selection of my art prints are available to purchase at Arrowleaf in downtown White Salmon, Washington. Outside of creative work, I’m usually outside somewhere with my husband and two kids — snowboarding, sailing, wingfoiling, hiking or riding my motorcycle.
